CODE OF CONDUCT:
The Ten Mile House reserves the right to
control the manner, means, and details of the performance of the
services by Artist(s). Artist(s) will:
a) Not use any excessive profanity, explicit, racist, sexist,
homophobic, or degrading motions, actions, and/or gestures,
equipment, posters, flyers, or other material.
b) Not throw any projectiles of any type from the stage.
c) Not use any form of pyrotechnics. No exceptions.
d) Not damage any property not belonging to them and not encourage
the audience to damage any property not belonging to them.
e) Maintain a safe environment to exist; not encourage "stage
diving", not encourage the audience to any dance or activity that
could injure themselves or others.
f) Artist(s) will be held financially and legally liable for any
damage or injury caused by Artist(s) or that results from Artist(s)
encouraging dangerous or illegal audience behavior.
g) Artist(s) will maintain a professional and respectful attitude to
the bar owners and staff.
h) Not excessively use alcohol, drugs, or other illegal substances
before or during their performances that would interfere with the
quality of the performance.
i) Artist(s) will not encourage violent or illegal behavior from the
audience. This includes admitting minors to the show. Artist(s)
agree to inform bar staff immediately of any such audience activity.
j) Lude behavior, such as disrobing on stage, will not be tolerated.
In the event Artist(s) fails to comply with any of the above, it
will be deemed a violation of the contract and the following will
occur: If violation occurs before the performance, the band will not
be allowed to play, if violation occurs during the performance, set
will immediately come to an end, and regardless of the timing of the
violation, payment made to the band will be at the owners
discretion.
