Bands are compensated through the door. We
charge $5 at the door on most weekends, and the band(s) get 80%.
The band(s) can get 100% if the door exceeds 30 people. The door
will be split among the bands playing when more then one is
scheduled. In cases where there is an "opener" for a show (someone
who plays a short set at the beginning of the night) their
compensation will be a % of total payment. (Most likely 30%).
We DO NOT give guarantees. It has been our experience that bands who require a guarantee often do not draw as many people as they say they will... Please understand that there is a huge overhead to keep a venue up and running, and when all our income goes to paying the band, we have nothing left to pay the employees who worked their asses off that night. We work hard to promote your shows, and we expect that you do the same. With both parties making an effort to promote your show, there should be no need for a guarantee, since you will bring in a ton of people and you will make a bunch of cash from that anyway, right?
We are a 21 & up venue. DO NOT ask to bring your underage cousins, neighbors, friend-who's-only-20-but-you-promise-doesn't-drink, etc.... It is against the venue rules. Period. Cancellations
You are allowed a guest list, but it must be given to bartender on duty PRIOR to your show.. Next Page
